CallRail receives 2021 APPEALIE Overall SaaS and Customer Success Awards

Known as “the most selective software award,” APPEALIE recognizes SaaS applications that delight customers. CallRail is honored to have won APPEALIE awards before, but this year’s different. We won two!

That’s right. For the 2021 APPEALIE SaaS Awards, we’re honored and excited to announce that we were selected as winners in both the Overall SaaS (Marketing) category and the SaaS Customer Success category!

APPEALIE selects its Overall SaaS Award winners based on Net Promoter Score (NPS), user experience design, product improvements in the last year, and 3rd party analyst research. Additionally, all Overall SaaS winners averaged 4.5/5 stars on G2, Capterra, and GetApp, industry-leading software review vendors.

SaaS Customer Success Award winners are selected based on success stories and outcomes. This year, we were recognized for our partnership with Einstein Industries, a healthcare marketing agency based in San Diego. Through the pandemic, we collaborated with them to ensure they could adapt to the changing needs of their clients and refine their marketing strategies for a remote-first world.
