I am Derek Baker, founder of Top Notch Garage Door. We service upwards of about 45 houses per day, specializing in residential but also doing commercial work as well.
How has your marketing evolved over the years?
The evolution of our marketing has really started in 2009 when we were founded. The economy was pretty low, people were shopping for the best deals they could find. Our marketing strategies have stayed in line with our fundamentals of wanting to provide a quality service at an affordable and fair price to our customers.
What is the biggest benefit CallRail has had on your business?
The biggest benefit to CallRail for our business has been the ability to be able to track those calls, go back and see not only what was said on our side but also what was on the customer side during some of these incoming calls. This has been very helpful in being able to grow our marketing.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is being able to pour into my teammates, help people succeed and meet their goals, as well as building customer relationships. I love helping our customers fulfill their needs at home and provide excellent service at a fair price.
