The end of the year is a time for reflection, and at CallRail, we’re reflecting and celebrating another strong year of growth and innovation. Headlined by the launch of Voice Assist, an AI assistant that handles leads 24/7, we’re feeling incredibly grateful and proud of all we’ve accomplished this year.

“Over the past year, we’ve focused on building solutions that remove friction, capture more opportunity and help our customers grow with confidence,” said Marc Ginsberg, CallRail CEO. “From AI assistants that answer and qualify calls to tools that auto-tag high intent leads, every innovation has been designed to solve real customer challenges in smarter, faster, and more meaningful ways. I’m incredibly grateful for the talented team we have at CallRail.”

The next big thing in voice AI

Our mission to help businesses and agencies attract and convert more customers by making smarter marketing decisions took a major leap forward with the launch of Voice Assist this summer. Voice Assist answers, captures, and qualifies inbound calls 24/7, so businesses never miss an opportunity.

Voice Assist is unique because of its ability to personalize itself to your business, using existing website content and past call transcripts to interact with prospects accurately. Voice Assist strengthens the entire marketing engine by rolling conversion signals, lead qualification data, call summaries, and intent insights directly into reporting and ad platforms. This closes the loop between marketing investments and outcomes, enabling teams to respond faster, optimize campaigns with confidence, and turn previously missed calls into meaningful revenue.

“AI is redefining what’s possible in lead engagement, and our strategy is centered on turning that potential into practical, everyday value for our customers – Voice Assist exemplifies this,” said Ryan Johnson, Chief Product Officer at CallRail. “Our focus is on building AI-driven capabilities that feel intuitive, deliver immediate impact, and make it easier for businesses to convert more leads with less effort. This is just the beginning of what we believe AI can unlock for our users.”

Other key product releases include:

  • Conversion signals automatically tags high-intent leads to optimize ad targeting, and enhanced messaging capabilities (like click-to-text and AI-generated follow-up texts).
  • Expanded mobile app and messaging capabilities, including click-to-text, multimedia messaging and customizable auto-replies. For the first time, AI-generated call summaries and follow-up texts are available directly in the mobile app, giving users the full context of every interaction and enabling smarter, more personalized outreach on the go.

We significantly grew our tech ecosystem with a number of new and expanded integrations this year:

  • Clio and Clio Grow: We expanded our existing partnership to integrate our AI-powered call summaries, auto-populated lead records and enhanced attribution directly within Clio’s workflow. Now, firms can follow every prospective client from the very first interaction, eliminate manual data entry, and quickly extract the insights needed to improve responsiveness, strengthen client experience and accelerate growth.
  • RingCentral: We united RingCentral’s trusted, AI-powered business communications with our real-time attribution and lead insights to give teams a fuller, more connected view of every caller – what campaign they came from, what actions drove them to pick up the phone, and how their journey unfolds across both inbound and outbound conversations. With personalized interactions now a core consumer expectation, having this intelligence embedded directly into RingCentral means SMBs can deliver tailored experiences from the moment the phone rings, optimize marketing investments with clarity and focus efforts on the campaigns, keywords and channels that drive the greatest impact.
  • HubSpot: We deepened our partnership with HubSpot by bringing the full power of Voice Assist directly into the HubSpot platform. This enhancement gives businesses a unified, always-up-to-date view of every lead by automatically syncing Voice Assist’s captured conversations, qualifications and intent signals into HubSpot for seamless follow-up.
  • MNTN: We launched a new integration with MNTN to bring Performance TV attribution to inbound calls and texts, giving marketers clear visibility into which CTV ads drive real customer action. By combining MNTN’s campaign-level performance insights with CallRail’s lead intelligence, we unlocked a unified, real-time view of engagement across online and offline channels, helping businesses optimize faster and prove ROI with confidence.

Continued agency investment

To cap things off, we expanded our Agency Partner Program and launched our Marketing Development Fund (MDF), a program designed to help our 7,000+ agencies accelerate growth. Through co-branded marketing initiatives, the MDF offers both financial backing and strategic support for high-impact campaigns that help agencies better educate clients and show measurable ROI.
