Today, the 35th annual Inc 500|5000, a ranking of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America, was released. I’m honored and thrilled to see CallRail recognized, and grateful to our customers and our team who have helped make it happen.

When Kevin and I started CallRail in 2011, we had a simple goal: To make powerful and intuitive call analytics software available to businesses of any size. We felt there was opportunity in giving every company access to the best technology available so they can run better, more profitable marketing campaigns.

We set off to build the software that I wanted to use, and I was our first customer. I hoped that others would find it useful as well.

Our intuition was correct, and today more than 40,000 businesses and marketing agencies use CallRail to optimize the performance of their advertising campaigns, increase sales effectiveness, and improve customer retention. According to information collected by Datanyze, CallRail is now the most popular call analytics platform in the world.

I’m grateful to all of our customers, but especially our early customers who supported us as our product took shape in 2011. In particular, Mike Belasco at inFlow and Dev Basu at Powered by Search both guided us very early on.

Every day we continue to listen and work to better serve you. I’m incredibly proud of the product and the team that we’ve built, but I know that our work is far from finished. We’re just getting started, and we are eager to keep building.
