If I have Lead Center, do I have to switch to RingCentral?

You don't have to switch to RingCentral, but we recommend them for advanced softphone needs. Their super reliable network supports integrations that bring Lead Center-like functionality.

Will there be a discount for buying RingCentral?

Yes! RingCentral is offering 25% off RingEX on their annual plans (that can be paid monthly) and 20% off of their monthly plans.

Will I have unlimited minutes at RingCentral and CallRail?

At RingCentral, you’ll have unlimited inbound and outbound minutes within North America on local area code numbers. Each account will have 1,000 inbound toll free minutes a month and you can add bundles or pay as you go for toll free.

How will billing and subscriptions be affected?

If you have Lead Center and move to RingCentral, CallRail will only bill you for call tracking and any other add-on products you already have. Lead Center charges will stop, and we’ll prorate your final bill. RingCentral will then bill you for their Ring EX phone system.

Can I still call or text from my tracking numbers?

Yes, you can still call leads back and send texts from your CallRail tracking numbers from within the CallRail web and mobile apps from the timeline, keeping that consistency with your leads. Additionally, we now offer text messaging capabilities with your Call Tracking subscription, so you can reply to or send texts from the tracking numbers your customers are reaching out to you on, or whichever tracker you choose, in the new Messaging center of the app! If you plan to make cold outbound calls, you'll need to do that using the dialer in RingCentral, and will not be able to use your CallRail tracking numbers, however, record of those outbound calls will appear in CallRail along side other interactions with your leads, so you will still be able to see the full customer journey in CallRail.

If I have Lead Center, will my data and settings be transferred? What happens to my existing data?

You won’t need to transfer data; existing CallRail data remains unchanged while any new data from RingCentral will be added. Your current settings and configurations will be preserved, and our specialists will ensure everything is set up to your preference. We can also help with any adjustments to your agents.
