Once you’re subscribed, you’ll turn on call recording and transcriptions for the tracking phone numbers where you’d like to gather insight. From there, set up automation rules to look for key phrases and qualification criteria you'd like us to identify on calls, or turn on our automatic conversion signals and CallRail will do the rest of the work for you.
