StackAdapt integration overview
The StackAdapt and CallRail integration helps marketers connect call intelligence with programmatic advertising. Customers can import CallRail first-party customer and profile data into StackAdapt Data Hub to build and activate audience segments across campaigns.
Customers can also send CallRail call conversion events back to StackAdapt using a webhook and postback workflow. This allows marketers to measure which StackAdapt campaigns drive qualified phone-call conversions, helping connect media activity to high-intent customer actions.
Together, these workflows help advertisers use CallRail data for both audience activation and campaign measurement.
Integration Features
- First-party data import: Import CallRail first-party customer and profile data into StackAdapt Data Hub. StackAdapt connects to CallRail using API credentials, retrieves selected profile fields, normalizes the data, and makes it available in StackAdapt for segmentation and campaign activation.
- Call conversion postback: Send qualifying CallRail call conversion events back to StackAdapt through a webhook/postback workflow. StackAdapt campaign click URLs include postback_id={SA_POSTBACK_ID}, and CallRail sends qualifying call events to StackAdapt’s postback endpoint for conversion reporting.
