After every call ends, CallRail checks your scheduling system for a patient record with a matching phone number. If it finds an appointment booked as a result of that call, CallRail automatically tags the call "EHR - Appointment booked" and adds it as a milestone in the caller timeline — so your team always knows which calls became appointments, without checking calendars or call logs by hand.
