The CallRail integration connects your call tracking data directly to your MoveRight account, so your team sees full attribution on every inbound lead without adding to their busywork.
Every time a lead calls or texts, CallRail manages the data entry behind the scenes by checking MoveRight for a matching record. It seamlessly creates a new lead and customer record on the spot or attaches a new job to an existing record, automatically logging attribution details—including the source, medium, campaign, landing page, and Google Click ID—directly into the lead's record in MoveRight. If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, CallRail automatically adds an AI-generated call summary to the lead's notes, allowing your team to quickly understand the context of a call without needing to listen to the entire recording.
This same real-time sync powers Voice Assist — when a call comes in, your AI agent instantly recognizes the caller by referencing their MoveRight record before the conversation even starts.
