Every time a lead calls or texts, CallRail manages the data entry behind the scenes by checking Kommo for a matching phone number or email. It seamlessly refreshes existing leads with your CallRail attribution data or creates a new lead on the spot, automatically logging attribution details—including the source, medium, keywords, campaign, and landing page directly into custom fields on the record. If you have Premium Conversation Intelligence enabled, CallRail automatically adds an AI-generated call summary to the lead in Kommo allowing your team to quickly understand the context of a call without needing to listen to the entire recording.
This real-time sync also powers Voice Assist. When a call comes in, your AI agent instantly references your Kommo contacts, recognizing exactly who is calling before the conversation even starts.
