Insightly is an easy to use CRM built for scaling businesses. The CallRail integration makes sure every inbound call, text, and form submission from your tracked marketing arrives in Insightly as a lead — without adding to your reps' busywork. Every time a lead calls, texts, or submits a form, CallRail manages the data entry behind the scenes by checking Insightly for a matching phone number or email. It seamlessly updates existing leads or creates a new lead on the spot, automatically logging attribution details—including the source, medium, campaign, and landing page directly into custom fields on the record. If you have Premium Conversation Intelligence enabled, CallRail automatically adds an AI-generated call summary to the lead in Insightly allowing your team to quickly understand the context of a call without needing to listen to the entire recording.
This real-time sync also powers Voice Assist. When a call comes in, your AI agent instantly references your Insightly leads, recognizing exactly who is calling before the conversation even starts.
