It seamlessly fills in blank fields on existing leads or creates a new lead on the spot, automatically logging attribution details — including the source, medium, campaign, landing page, and keywords in a note directly on the contact record. If you have Premium Conversation Intelligence enabled, CallRail automatically adds an AI-generated call summary to the lead in Freshsales — allowing your team to quickly understand the context of a call without needing to listen to the entire recording.
This real-time sync also powers Voice Assist. When a call comes in, your AI agent instantly references your Freshsales records, recognizing exactly who is calling before the conversation even starts.
