Every time a lead calls, texts, or submits a form, CallRail manages the data entry behind the scenes by checking Close for a matching phone number or email. It seamlessly updates existing records or creates a new Lead and Contact on the spot, automatically logging a note on that lead's timeline — including call duration, the caller’s number, and a link back to the full CallRail record — where the full source, campaign, and landing page details live.
This real-time sync also powers Voice Assist. When a call comes in, your AI agent instantly references your Close records, recognizing exactly who is calling before the conversation even starts.
