Access transcriptions from the “Call Details” page for each call, as well as on the Voicemail Console under the “Reports” menu. You can also receive transcriptions in your Call Notifications Email shortly after your call.
To get started with transcriptions, navigate to the Voicemail step within the Call Flow Builder for the appropriate tracking phone number, and check the box next to “Transcribe my voicemail messages”.
