  • Easy set up for instant results: You can access Form Submissions within the “Customizations” menu of your company’s settings. Once you’ve enabled Form Submission, you’ll be able to choose if you’d like to capture leads on all of your web pages or just one specific page.

  • Choose your notifications: You have the option to set up phone call, text message, and email alerts, as well as indicate which numbers and email addresses will receive those alerts. When you receive a phone call alert, you’ll have the option to call the customer immediately and choose which number the customer will see on their Caller ID.

  • Decide when you’re notified: Setup “Business Hours” and you’ll still receive email alerts, but we won’t bother you with phone calls or text messages outside of those hours.
