Yardi Overview

CallRail’s AI voice assistant, Voice Assist, now integrates with Yardi, to answer your calls, share information (including floor plans, pricing, availability, fees, etc.), and generate qualified leads.

The two-way integration (bi-directional) allows Voice Assist to read what is in Yardi while on the call with the customer (availability, property info, unit details, pricing, policies, prospect status, etc.), use that data to answer questions, qualify callers, and route or book appropriately, and automatically send caller intake data back into Yardi after the call.

Integration Features

  • Sending property information to the Voice Assist voice agent in real time. The voice agent will receive data on floor plans, amenities, pricing, and fees.
  • Creating a guest card with lead details in the Yardi CRM. Following a call, we will create a “guest card” with the customer’s contact and attribution information.
