How will I be billed?
We’ll automatically invoice your credit card each month. For example, if you become a customer on the 15th, we’ll bill you on the 15th of each month. You’ll pay the base fee for the upcoming month and the additional usage from the previous month.

What’s CallRail’s approach to HIPAA compliance?
We take HIPAA compliance seriously; that’s why we’ve not only created an end-to-end solution for health care providers, but we also sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with each of our HIPAA clients.
What’s an “agent”?
We call Lead Center users “agents.” On your team, they’d be those who take, make, and transfer calls and messages.
What’s the difference between local minutes and softphone minutes?
With CallRail, unique call tracking phone numbers link callers directly to marketing sources (like your ads, billboards, or web pages) so you know why someone’s calling before you pick up.
You can either forward these numbers to lines you already own (like a landline or cell phone) or use them through Lead Center’s built in phone system.
If you forward call tracking numbers to lines you own, the minutes you use will be deducted from your Call Tracking plan minutes. The plans start at 500 minutes, and you can buy more minutes as you need them.
If you use Lead Center’s built-in softphone, you won’t need to forward calls to a separate provider, so local minutes don’t apply.
Even better, Lead Center softphone minutes are unlimited so you can track, take, make, and transfer all the calls you want.
