Whether you’re looking to move your phone number away from your current call tracking company, or wanting to turn your existing phone numbers into call tracking numbers, CallRail can help. There is no cost associated with porting a number into CallRail, and we’ll be there to help throughout the entire transaction.
To initiate your port, please email our Support Team with the following:
- A completed, signed and scanned letter of authorization
- A Customer Service Record from your current carrier
- A copy of your most recent phone bill
- A list of the phone numbers that you want to port, along with the destination number each number should forward to.
Your numbers will remain active throughout the entire switch of carriers, and CallRail’s Support Team will supply you with an estimated port completion date. Once a phone number has completed the porting process, it can be configured just like any other number you obtain within your CallRail account.
Porting your existing phone numbers gives you the benefits of call tracking, without the headache of changing your local numbers or allocating additional time to setting up new numbers.
