Call Tracking update: Efficiently review calls in one sitting with One at a Time View

Our latest Call Tracking update is all about cutting clicks and accelerating workflows. Now, you can view calls one at a time — efficiently reviewing calls back-to-back in one sitting without having to navigate several clicks back to the call log.

Whether you're skimming attribution or behavior details, classifying or qualifying calls on the fly, or simply listening to all call recordings, this new feature makes it easy to do it all. The added feature of auto-play will automatically play the next call, eliminating the clicks needed to dive into those valuable conversations — allowing you to review high volumes of calls in minutes.

With One at a Time View comes another new feature: Annotations. It improves the way you review and take actions on these calls. So, what exactly does it help you do? Simple. Annotations allows you to add multiple notes on your call recordings for you or someone else to follow up on without the need of scanning the transcription.

To get started, all you have to do is click on the time stamp you want to leave a note on, and then you’re done. And when a sales agent reviews the call, they can jump right to the flagged time stamp to get what they need ASAP.

By simplifying the way you annotate, Call Tracking gives you more time to be strategic with your business and less time in the weeds. How’s that for a better and easier way to work.
