All of Your Notification Options in One Location

Now all your notification settings are conveniently accessible in one central location: The Notification Center. With one click, easily choose what types of email or pop up notifications you’d like to receive and when you’d like to receive them.

Company Summary Emails

  • Receive a daily, weekly or monthly breakdown of company call activity, including the number of calls by source, the number of calls by duration, stats comparing call data to the previous period, and number of calls by keyword for clients using keyword-level call tracking. Learn more about scheduled call summary reports.

Call Notification Emails

  • With selected tracking numbers, receive an email with the call details as soon as the call ends. See a call notification email.

Live Call Notifications

  • Receive a live pop-up notification for incoming calls in your company dashboard

You also have the option to decide if you would like to receive your invoices via email and if you’d like plain text emails. Just go to ‘My Notifications’ under the account tab to get started.
