That’s why today we’re excited to announce CallRail is launching international marketing, across 4 continents. CallRail’s call tracking analytics will now be available in Australia, Brazil, France, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Call Attribution & Reporting Globally
Our international plans come with access to the same great call analytics and out-of-the-box reporting of our US and Canadian offering. Both source and keyword-level tracking are available, so you can measure phone call conversions from your search, digital, and offline marketing campaigns – including PPC keywords; installing our dynamic number insertion on your website is still a simple process. You’ll be able to obtain numbers in these 6 new countries directly from CallRail’s New Number Modal.
Custom Call Routing & Softphone Access
We know the importance of not only phone call lead attribution, but getting those valuable phone calls into the right hands as quickly as possible. Custom call routing helps improve lead conversion and customer service. That’s why we’re also expanding our Call Flow Builder to support international call routing for international phone numbers; users will have access to call scheduling, simulcall, round robin, voicemail, IVR, and more with our international phone numbers. We’re also opening language support to include French, Portuguese, and Spanish for custom greetings, voicemails, and whisper messages.
