The results are in and CallRail continues to top the G2 Crowd charts. Just this week, CallRail was named a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Inbound Call Tracking Results Index for Spring 2017, following suit in earning the top spot in Fall 2016.
To qualify for inclusion in this category, a product must generate unique numbers for different campaigns and track which campaign individual calls are coming from, based on those unique numbers.
Results scores are aggregated over evaluation of customers’ estimated ROI, their reported time to go live, and their satisfaction with the product’s ability to meet their requirements. It also includes customers’ likelihood to recommend the product, user adoption percentages, and the number of reviews received on G2 Crowd.
We’re honored to announce that CallRail tops the Results Score Index, leading the Inbound Call Tracking category. Leaders are the highest rated products by G2 Crowd users and have a notable market share paired with outstanding support and service resources. They’re followed by the High Performers, Contenders, and Niche categories.
CallRail heads the group of Leaders, boasting 384 total reviews and the highest Satisfaction score of 96. Of those reviews, 98% of users rated CallRail at 4 or 5 stars. Furthermore, 94% of users feel we’re headed in the right direction, and 93% of users said they’re likely to recommend CallRail.
While a majority of its customers fall into the small business category, CallRail looks to make some headway in the larger business categories. We’ve also notably garnered a 94% rating for Ease of Setup and a 92% rating for Quality of Support. Check out the full report here!
