Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of a brand new user interface design for the CallRail Community! We built the CallRail Community in 2017 as a place for our customers to meet each other, share best practices for using CallRail, and submit feature requests to our team. After months of helping customers find answers to their questions via other community members and our own team, we embarked on the mission to create a more streamlined and visually appealing user experience on the forum.

With great excitement, we present to you V2 of the CallRail Community: a place where data-driven marketers become better together as they ask questions, share solutions, and reach their goals.

What’s New?

First, the most noticeable difference you’ll find is that we’ve updated the site’s color scheme and fonts to match the CallRail branding you’ll find across our main site and support site. You should now have a consistent visual experience as you travel back and forth.

Secondly, we’ve updated the forum categories. You’ll now find the following ways to tag your posts and filter content:

What’s Coming Next?

While the redesign of the CallRail Community interface is an exciting next step for us, we’re not done yet. In the coming months, you can expect to see new pro-tip style content from Team CallRail featured in the Marketing Strategy and How To categories of the forum. Our goal is to share knowledge on how to strengthen your marketing strategy, easy-to-follow tips for utilizing CallRail to its full potential, and to facilitate discussions that make us all better at what we do, together.

Kate oversees day-to-day management of the Community, as well as working behind the scenes to ensure you have the best experience possible on the forum, that your questions are addressed quickly, and that everyone feels welcome and empowered.

 

 

Jarrett Harber

Jarrett Harber – Product Owner

Jarrett works on our product team managing groups of developers as they work on new feature releases. In the Community, you’ll most often find him responding to feature requests, asking questions about customers’ needs, and providing updates on our product roadmap.

 

 

Matt Sellers

Matt Sellers – Senior Customer Success Manager

Matt is the CallRail whisperer. Working on our customer success team with key accounts, he is a go-to source for implementing our product to supercharge your marketing efforts. You’ll likely hear from him if you post a “How do I?” or “Is this possible?” question in the Community.
