How can I get access?

To activate CallScore, first navigate to the company within CallRail you’d like to access it, then:

  1. Select Settings at the top of the page
  2. Select Customizations from the secondary menu, then click CallScore
  3. Slide the toggle to ON

That’s it! For future calls, you’ll see the lead status populate within the CallRail Dashboard, email notifications, and the Lead Funnel Report.
