Content Marketing Manager

Erica Hawkins was born and raised in the low country of South Carolina and is a Georgia Southern University Public Relations graduate.

She started her career as a Marketing Coordinator for an architecture and engineering firm where she cut her teeth in business to business marketing, first as Marketing Assistant, then as Marketing Coordinator, and ultimately as Communications Coordinator. She has been working in marketing at CallRail since 2013 where she was responsible for social media, event, and email marketing before moving into the role of Content Marketing Manager, in charge of curation, creation, and management of inbound content marketing efforts.

As CallRail’s Content Marketing Manager, Erica uses her marketing and communications experience to create useful content that educates data-driven marketers.

She currently lives with her husband and Yorkshire terrier in Atlanta, Georgia.
