A New Level of Call Routing Power
The new Call Flow Builder adds a whole new layer of power to your call analytics experience. Just like before, you can forward calls, ring multiple phones at once, read greetings, record calls, and capture voicemails — and now you can set up interactive menus and update your routing based on the time of day.
Want to ring 10 phones at once? Go for it. Want to create a 10-menu phone tree? Well…your customers might not like it, but there’s nothing stopping you. There’s no limit to what you’re able to create.
