The Role

Due to the success and growth of our sales team, we are hiring a Sales Training Manager. You will play an integral role in the future success of our sales team and be a part of the sales leadership team. What You'll Do

  • Develop a plan to quantitatively and qualitatively assess the sales team comprehension of new product and sales training
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop call/demo coaching strategy
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to plan and execute team meetings
  • Use various cutting-edge techniques to develop and deliver content
  • Continuous evaluation of programs to identify areas of opportunity
  • Partner with support, product marketing, and sales management
  • Develop a new hire onboarding training program
  • Develop ongoing sales training and upskilling
  • Focus on quick time to ramp
  • Build and manage call/demo libraries
  • Regularly score calls/demos
  • Product releases => facilitate training
  • Weekly newsletter
  • Be able to deliver training in an engaging manner
  • Develop certifications for process and product

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales management and/or sales training at a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Proven ability to transfer skills and knowledge in a group or individual training
  • Experience acting as a liaison between sales + product/product marketing/support
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience in designing and developing curriculum
  • Experience with an LMS, eLearning tools, Salesforce, and other sales technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • An amazing attitude that truly wants to win and help others win
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, from SDR to AE, Inbound to Outbound
  • Ability to proactively identify any behavioral and/or knowledge gaps and build training to address those gaps
  • Ranks very high in the following: organization, oral and verbal communication, process and project management, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, decision making, results-oriented, metrics-driven
  • Must be proficient with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree
