The Position

This role will work closely with the VP of Sales and other key team members to continuously evolve the sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives. The sales leader will assist with the successful hiring, training, and growth of sales numbers. This person will be engaged in employee coaching and training, team leadership, prospect meetings, calls, negotiations and forecasting for their team among other things. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Measure and monitor sales activities 
  • Help recruit, select and develop a high impact sales team
  • Participate in team members demos to accelerate the sales process
  • Motivate, inspire and lead team members to success
  • Drive excitement and product awareness of our solution
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience within a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Proven and substantial sales achievements
  • A passion for coaching and developing
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Is adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Preforms individually and as a member of a team
