The Position

During this internship, you’ll work closely with our Vice President of Sales and our Sales Leadership team, aiding in projects that will help fuel the Sales team’s growth. You’ll learn our ideal client fit and prospect new leads into Salesforce for our team. You’ll also get to partner with our Sales Training Manager to create helpful resources for our Sales team, including email content, training paths, and Sales playbooks.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Sales Training Manager to create and build Sales playbooks 
  • Learn and work in Lessonly, a Learning Management System, to build custom training paths for Sales roles 
  • Listen and analyze Sales calls, creating call libraries to help the team with overall Sales skills, objection handling techniques, and competitive advantages 
  • Build and create email templates and content in Outreach, a Sales Engagement tool 
  • Prospect and add new leads to Salesforce, our CRM 

...and a variety of other projects! 

 

What You’ll Need

  • Availability to work 20 hours a week 
  • A team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly proactive and disciplined to manage time effectively 
  • Problem-spotter vs problem-solver: we want you to identify other areas of opportunity for you to help with our Sales team
