Revenue Operations Manager, Salesforce Administrator

The Position

CallRail is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager that is a strategic leader to the Revenue team. This person will provide guidance on how to best operationalize new business initiatives, build infrastructure in support of new go-to-market strategies, and implement process improvements. Iterating and continuing to drive a stable, scalable foundation to grow the business and accelerate the acquisition of new customers. This person will thrive on analyzing data and automate complex business processes that result in data flowing seamlessly across systems and teams working together in harmony.

The Revenue Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and works closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology. A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in an agile environment with two-week sprints is required.

What You'll Do

  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy that results in transformative, well-designed and executed operations
  • Proactively understand our go-to-market team’s needs and build the systems & processes to help streamline day-to-day workflows inside and outside of Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot and analyze the performance of new initiatives to understand performance
  • Vet, setup, and manage integrations between CRM and other 3rd party systems
  • Understand data flow between systems and how to leverage standard and custom fields  
  • Implement data governance best practices and processes for maintaining data
  • Produce clear, concise process documentation for core revenue operations processes
  • Test and validate new processes in sandbox environment before implementing in live environment
  • Work to increase transparency cross-functionally between Marketing and Sales by leveraging current technology stack
  • Be a partner that stakeholders come to with ideas and work together to determine what’s possible near-term and long-term, leveraging sound logic to think through problems and make actionable recommendations based on best practices
  • Drive data quality, processes, and automation activities that initiate demand generation and new customer revenue for CallRail, working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Qualifiers, and Sales Closers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue or Go-To-Market Operations
  • Ability to execute like a pro and act as a strategic advisor, detail-oriented
  • Experience in B2B SaaS in a high velocity, transactional business model 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification. Other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Administration of LeanData or similar tool for routing purposes, certification preferred 
  • Basic understanding of Asana and LucidChart preferred, prior experience gathering requirements
  • You are comfortable working with large datasets, excel, and systems to ensure data integrity and empower your peers to make data-driven decisions
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform customization and automation abilities (e.g. field creation, validation rules, formulas, page layouts, Flows / Process Builder)
