Partner Marketing Manager

The Position

CallRail is looking for an experienced, creative, results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to automate and optimize our partner programs with our channel and technology partners. This is an extremely cross-functional role, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to create experiences that inspire & educate our partner ecosystem, accelerate our go-to-market strategy and bring our brand to life. You’ll also be working closely with partners to create and run integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive revenue. 

You should be data-driven, but also campaign-focused. You will develop a deep understanding of our partner needs, own partner operations at scale, and create content to support all of our channel relationships. What You'll Do 

  • Automate and optimize processes across all of our partner programs to help us meet our 2021 Affiliate partner goals. This includes data collection and analysis, partner communications, and invoicing
  • Market-to-partners: Manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs for partner recruitment and activation by collaborating with demand generation, product marketing, creative, and sales teams
  • Market-with-partners: Plan, contribute, and execute joint-marketing activities. This will include creating landing pages, content, email programs, and one pagers to target joint customers and prospects
  • Deliver a great partner experience. You will keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Own and manage our partner portal (PartnerStack), including creating assets for partner education and enablement, invoicing, and partner newsletters
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of our Affiliate and Agency partner programs and marketing activities
  • Develop and set the precedent for CallRail’s new Affiliate Partner Program strategy; build out the communications and recruiting plan to foster a robust roster of key, high-value partners that drive new leads and revenue for CallRail

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in partner marketing and/or product marketing SaaS products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
  • Superb communication, writing, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with excel, data, and analytics
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Confident collaborating with sales stakeholders and product teams
