IT Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

The Position

Responsible for CallRail’s IT team, network, technology assets, and technical support services provided to internal and external customers. This is a hands-on position and on-site position (not eligible for remote work) which will require the ideal candidate to have expert level knowledge of corporate infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to firewalls, domain controllers, VPN, switches/routers, wireless technology, administrative tools and applications, end user devices, and people and process management.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead IT department' s operational and strategic planning in accordance with departmental and overall organizational strategy
  • Manage all IT systems in accordance with industry best practices; including telecommunications, networking/wireless devices, servers, end user devices, operating systems, hardware, software and Office Automation equipment
  • Assure IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
  • Manage finances within the IT department, including purchasing, and budgeting
  • Implement security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
  • Analyze and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure
  • Establish and maintain communications with the organization' s executives and department heads
  • Supervisor and provide hands-on support of daily operations of internal network and infrastructure
  • Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
  • Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in a SaaS organization
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience solving difficult IT issues 
  • 5+ years of  experience coaching and guiding others 
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently, set goals and manage multiple tasks 
  • Proficient knowledge of vulnerability management tools and technologies 
  • Ability to keep abreast of emerging technologies, standards and best practices
  • Proficient  knowledge of security best practices (CIS, ISO27k, PIC-DSS, HIPAA)
  • Confident collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders and product teams
  • Proficient knowledge of networking protocols(Pv4, IPv6, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP,) tools and technology

  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong technical hands on experience
  • Ability to identify hardware and software needs
  • Experience coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT assets
  • Knowledge of architecture processes and performance reports of operating systems
  • Ability to assess and recruit top candidates, train new IT staff, supervise and motivate current team members for high performance
