SIP Routing

Easily Route Calls to Your VoIP Phone Systems

SIP Routing

Session Initiation Protocol, or SIP, is a protocol used in VoIP communications. SIP allows users to make voice calls that bypass the traditional telephone system.

You can send calls directly to your existing VoIP phone system without sending calls over a public phone network, all by choosing to ring to a SIP endpoint in through Call Flow Builder.

SIP Routing

In the Call Flow Builder, select the ‘Dial’ step. Then, select ‘SIP’ and enter your SIP endpoint, which will receive calls when customers dial your tracking number.

Do I need anything to enable SIP?

  • VoIP Provider that allows you to register your SIP device or softphone
  • A SIP address/endpoint provided by that provider
  • An internet connection
